You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 66wi login credentials — your username, email address, and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 66wi will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you unless you can demonstrate that unauthorized access occurred through no fault of your own.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your 66wi account, you must notify the 66wi support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 66wi will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.
All 66wi accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All bets, wins, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are calculated and displayed in PHP. 66wi does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 66wi reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts following reasonable advance notice. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting 66wi support and completing any required re-verification steps.

Before processing any withdrawal, 66wi may require you to complete KYC identity verification. All deposits and withdrawals at 66wi are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with applicable Philippine law. 66wi reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse transactions that trigger AML checks, and to request source-of-funds documentation where required.
